Qahua to Coffee: Ancient & Modern Geographies of MENA's Signature Drink.
The Middle East and North Africa Studies Program invites students, faculty, librarians, and staff to join us in the annual celebration of Middle East Awareness Week. On Thursday, April 8 from 11 am to 12:15 pm, let us enjoy a virtual conversation with BSU's Coffee Pundit, Dr. James Hayes-Bohanan, about the origin and migration of coffee around the world, and the role of the Middle East & North Africa (MENA). Classes are encouraged to attend.
Organized by the MENA Studies Program and Global Programs, Minnock Institute for Global Engagement, with the support of the US Dept. of Education, the event is open to the public. Advance registration is required. Registrants will receive an email with a link to the event.
